As head of purchasing for several national and local homebuilders for the past 15 years here in central Texas, I decided to started my own company, Cooper Constructs to provide an extra layer of support to builders who want to save money with each home we build.  

We can provide builders with over 250 vetted vendors in the home production industry for all scopes. We provide all of our subs with the required builder insurance and tailored our administrative support such as; takeoffs, pricing, contract legal review for MSA and Scope of work, builder scheduling online system, lien waiver management, Safety manuals and more.  Offering our services to the installers allows them to price cheaper than direct to the home builder.”  Our subs are a 2% co-owners of our company so we can save them thousands with no insurance premiums and paying an employee to handle contracts, buildpro, lien waivers can be a significant savings.
